Description

Here is my 1/35 scale Tamiya Centurion. I used the Legends Centurion detail set with Fruil Tracks.

The Tamiya Centurion had the drivers compartment scratch built .My references are a collation of images from the Army Museum at Puckapunyal, Victoria Australia as well as the book Military Briefs No 3 from Shane Lovell.

The vehicle was painted with enamel paints and my base colour was Humbrol’s Green matt No 75.

I used various pastels, MIG pigments, and washes to finalize the vehicles appearance.

The figures are converted from Coree, Firestorm ,and Verlinden , with Hornet ,warrior heads, bit of a mix and match depending on the pose.

I dedicate this vehicle to the personnel who served in the Australian 1 Armored Regiment and their support units who served in Vietnam in the late 1960s early 1970s.
