T-55 with KMT-6 Mine Plough	Tamiya & SKIF, 1/35 scale

Description

Here is my 1/35 scale Tamiya T-55 fitted with a KMT-6 Mine Plough.

The model was built virtually straight from the box, with only the addition of grab handles from fuse wire, exhaust heat shield from lead foil and tow cables from picture frame wire.

The Skif mine-plough however was not built straight from the box as various internet references showed it to be inaccurate in a couple of places.

The model was painted with black primer then Tamiya Olive Green as the base coat lightened with yellow for the highlights.

Weathering was done with Mig powders and pastel chalks for the rust.
