Now here is an absolutely great little set in 1/48 scale, from Gaso.Line.

This 120mm Mortar set is very complete with the Mortar itself, the trailer and an ammunition trailer all in the one set, consisting of 61 resin parts and a nice fine piece of chain.

All parts are very well cast but care will definitely be needed when removing the parts from the casting blocks. One thing l really liked is the brass axles, already pressed into place within the resin components.

The instructions come in the form of a four page booklet with black and white photos and drawings of the kit. They include a brief history of the weapon and also show you what vehicles were common to tow it around.

In summary, this is a complex little kit, oozing with detail, and ready to be put into a Diorama or vignette.
