Anvil's set AM35B01 is very simple and very good. It provides an arrow-straight 12.8 cm gun barrel WITH RIFLING, excellently done and worth getting just for itself, but there's more. A correctly-shaped replacement rear section for the mantlet is also included, to which you just add the two Dragon front mantlet sections. This will vastly improve any of the Dragon  Jagdtigers - and it's cheaper than any of the turned aluminium barrels too.
