Panther Ausf. F. with Schmalturm

Vespid Models has announced their next kit release - VS720011  a PzKfw V Panther Ausf F, with the Schmalturm. 

Originally intended for the Panther II, it was ultimately decided that the schmalturm would be mated with the standard hull of the Panther Ausf G. 

A couple of prototypes were made and a schmalturm, albeit badly damaged by post war gunnery training on the ranges, survives at Bovington Tank Museum.

The kit is due for release late this year.
