Designed to fit Tamiya's aging kit, this is another of Eduard's re-designs of one of their older photo etched sets. The set consists of one large PE sheet, one set of vinyl masks, a photo etched stencil and a printed sheet for the instrument panel. Highlights of the set include nice lights guards, parts to detail the inside of visors and side hatches, an engine grille, exterior fire extinguisher covers and a large variety of tool fittings. The Express Mask is very nice and feature the early style turret band and star while the photo etch stencil features a "D-10" marking (this also shows up on the vinyl mask in a larger font). In combination with the ABM Lee update and some RHPS flat block tracks, this set will give you the best possible result using Tamiya's old kit. I haven't tested any parts of this set on the ABM M3 Lee full resin kit, but many of the parts could be very useful on that manufacturer's kit also. |
